Another first name prevails over a trademark

If there is a trend, this decision confirms it: The name jenna.com, claimed by Jenna Massoli p/k/a Jenna Jameson, Jennasis Entertainment, Inc. and Club Jenna, Inc., has not been transferred to the plaintiffs. First names seem to be like generic terms: They are more resistant when confronted to a trademark (perhaps weaker because it is a made of a common name).
