The Czech Arbitration Court was appointed in April 2005 to provide alternative dispute resolution for .eu domain name disputes. In the end of 2006 the Court began discussions with ICANN, to get an approval as a new UDRP provider.
ICANN Board of Directors recently approved the application of CAC to become a UDRP provider (by a vote of 14-0). When the process is over, CAC will join the existing providers of UDRP services (ADNDRC, CPR, NAF and WIPO).
CAC Press release : "The Czech Arbitration Court plans to start accepting complaints under the UDRP in approximately six months"
(disclosure: I work with the CAC)
