The Czech Arbitration Court presented a revised proposal to become a new UDRP provider.
Fees would be similar to the current UDRP providers.
The CAC removed the "electronic only" filings, changed provisions on language change during the proceedings, and modified the appeal procedure against the rejection of an administratively deficient complaint.
The class complaint remains, under three conditions.
