From EURid's last quarterly Report:

disputes over .eu domain names have dropped dramatically.
• During the second quarter of this year, 50 new alternative dispute resolution (ADR) cases were initiated against a domain name holder.
• In sharp contrast, only 25 ADR cases were initiated during the third quarter.

"Out of all the decided ADR disputes against a holder of a .eu domain name initiated during this year, 88 percent have been ruled in favour of the complainant" (page 15).

As of today, there are 2,658,899 names registered in the .eu space.
