On the (always useful) ADR decisions Wiki, Thomas mentions a German case which reversed a UDRP decision.
The decision was over xm.com, which transfer was ordered by the NAF. The Cologone Regional Court ruled that this decision is contrary to German law, which it found wholly applicable to the case.
