When Google starts indexing of the physical world

CNET writes in an article on Google Street View that "drivers who are hired to collect the images are disregarding private property signs and driving up private roads." Should there be, for the Googlebots on wheels that are the Google Cars, a robots.txt tag instead of a regular "private property" sign?
