Their appeal decision will be closely looked at: Three panelists have to rule whether game.co.uk must be Game PLC's or Garth Sumpter's. The latter is a consultant for the games industry and has owned the domain since October 1995. He was using it to run a video-game-selling business. A first Nominet UK Dispute Resolution Service decision transferred the domain name to Game PLC. Mr Sumpter expects this decision to be reversed by the three experts that will know examine the case.
