I would have guessed more sex related results.
I think they are censored (Im sure more people look for sex than spybot when thir search begin with S!!)
There's yet another google related tool to check the importance of a keyword: using google adwords and see how many projected hits your keywords will have and how much its cost to be on top of the column.
