New-Zealand is to adopt its own kind of UDRP

InternetNZ, the non-profit society that sets policy for .nz Web addresses, is close to picking a way to resolve domain name squabbles, according to Stuff.
The society's working group on domain name dispute resolution has endorsed a model akin to that used by Britain's Nominet, which uses both free mediation and a formal assessment of complaints by an expert panel.
