Skyblog.eu

Skyrock is a famous French radio station. It also runs the most popular blog platform in France (and Europe), skyblog.com, which hosts more than... 7.5 million blogs as of today!
Skyrock's name is close to B Sky B's. The two entered a (sort of) coexistence agreement a few years ago, pursuant to which the French firm agreed "to never use nor seek to register any other trademarks containing the work “sky” except “Skyrock” and “Skyzin”". B Sky B opposed the registration of the Community Trade Mark "SKYBLOG" by Skyrock. The Paris Court of Appeals ruled in 2005 that the French trademark SKYBLOG had to be cancelled (breach of contract).
Because this French ruling became final, the panelist in ADR case 3495 - skyblog.eu found that there was no reason for the Panel to decide further on this matter, and decided to terminate the case.
