New UDRP challenge
According to Rouse China IP express 229, the domain name ferre.com that was transferred from a Zhejiang resident to an Italian company earlier this year following an application to WIPO has remained at the centre of dispute between the parties. Mr Li was dissatisfied with the decision, however, and has instituted legal proceeding with Xiamen Intermediate People's Court to cancel the WIPO's decision. It is the first such case to be heard in Fujian province and only the second such case in China.
