Someone registers the trademark "domain name", for (among other things) electronic communication services, legal services, etc. Is the name of this blog infringing this trademark?
Of course not (even under French law!!!)

I have to mention that this is an application for a TM registration.
The application has to make it through the Trademark Office's examination before it is registered.
My guess is : the applicant is looking forward to having a TM registration ready for the sunrise period for a certain new TLD.
