There are many domain names similar to Google's name. But is the trademark (and the domain name) Google violating the rights a person would have on "Googol"?
According to the great-niece of Professor Edward Kasner (who is said to have coined the term googol), yes!
But Google itself doesn't deny to honor this name. And it seems that the name corresponding to 10 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 is a generic one...
