Blocking Internet child porn access via domain names

A new software, called Cleanfeed, allows blocking sites "by filtering out either specific domain names or the unique numeric addresses associated with the web server hosting the site." (A. Akien, BT blocking Internet child porn access - prosperity4, Prosperity4).
You can test your own address to know if it's on the black list. The site also displays a list of the latest additions of the reviewed websites.
