Canada: no transfer of a domain name in a default case
A single panelist for Resolution Canada, one of the 2 dispute resolution service providers for ".ca" names, declined to transfer the name forestercollege.ca to the Independant Order of Foresters, despite the fact that the registrant did not contest the complaint. He found that the complainant failed to meet all criteria needed for a transfer: no confusion, no bad faith.
