Paul Bradley says that its website espoogle.com, a Spanish property search engine, does not infringe Google's trademark rights. Nevertheless, he received an e-mail from the Google enforcement team, which gave him seven days notice to stop using the name espOOgle and to transfer all of our espOOgle names over to them free of charge. It seems that Google policy has changed: They were cooler before!
