Unfair UDRP panelist allocation?

The Register reports on a current dispute over gatwick.com. In this long article, the owner of this name, currently sued on the grounds of the UDRP procedure, explains why he thinks the procedure is unfair, and threatens to go the UK High Court after concerns that the selected arbitration center's list of prospective panelists faced conflict of interest or a bias in favor of the complainant. Though it is not the first time that someone says there are biases in this procedure, the critics here are documented. But is it enough to demonstrate what is asserted?
