Domain names and trade mark law: An assessment of the current situation in Europe

A survey (published on IPR-Helpdesk) reports case-law solutions found in Europe regarding domain names conflicts.
This study is interesting because it encompasses several countries. But the selected cases are not always authoritative (and at least one of them has been reversed). Also, the cases have been chosen among those available on-line, which creates another bias.
